政府补贴对企业绿色创新绩效驱动效应的评估

Evaluation of the Driving Effect of Government Subsidies on Enterprises' Green Innovation Performance

文章以2007—2020年沪深两市A股上市企业为研究对象,实证检验政府补贴政策对企业绿色创新绩效的驱动效应。研究发现:政府补贴政策对企业总体绿色创新绩效、突破性绿色创新绩效、渐进式绿色创新绩效、独立绿色创新绩效和联合绿色创新绩效均产生显著正向驱动效应;政府补贴政策对企业绿色创新活动后侧绩效产生显著的直接正向驱动效应,同时,还通过影响前侧研发投资决策对企业绿色创新绩效产生显著的间接正向驱动效应。研究结论为政府运用补贴政策驱动企业提升绿色创新绩效提供了可靠的现实依据。

Taking the A-share listed enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2007 to 2020 as the research object,this paper empirically tests the driving effect of government subsidy policies on enterprise green innovation performance.It is found that the government subsidy policy has a significant positive driving effect on the overall green innovation performance,breakthrough green innovation performance,progressive green innovation performance,independent green innovation performance and joint green innovation performance of enterprises;The government subsidy policy has a significant direct positive driving effect on the performance of enterprises'green innovation activities.At the same time,it also has a significant indirect positive driving effect on the performance of enterprises'green innovation by influencing the R&D investment decision.The research conclusion provides a reliable practical basis for the government to use subsidy policies to drive enterprises to improve green innovation performance.
