收入分配优化驱动共同富裕的实证检验

The Empirical Test of Income Distribution Optimization Driving Common Prosperity

在当前橄榄型分配结构塑形期,研究收入分配优化对共同富裕的驱动作用具有现实意义。文章选取中国2013—2020年31个省份面板数据,采用空间计量模型实证检验收入分配优化对共同富裕的驱动作用。结果表明:收入分配优化可显著驱动共同富裕发展,且这一驱动作用具有显著正向空间溢出效应,即本地区收入分配优化可加快邻近地区共同富裕进程。进一步对此空间影响效应进行分解后发现,收入分配优化驱动共同富裕发展的直接效应与间接效应均显著为正,且在更换空间权重矩阵进行稳健性检验后结论仍旧成立。有鉴于此,可完善收入分配激励制度,推动高质量共同富裕;加快建设全国统一大市场,促进高标准共同富裕;推动产业结构优化升级,实现高层次共同富裕。

In the olive-shaped distribution structure shaping period,it is of great practical significance to study the driving effect of income distribution optimization on common prosperity.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2013 to 2020,this paper uses a spatial econometric model to empirically test the driving effect of income distribution optimization on common prosperity.The result shows:The optimization of income distribution can significantly drive the development of common prosperity,and this driving effect has a significant positive spatial spillover effect,that is,the optimization of income distribution in the region can speed up the process of common prosperity in neighboring regions.After further decomposing this spatial influence effect,it is found that the direct effect and indirect effect of income distribution optimization driving the development of common prosperity are both significantly positive,and the conclusion is still valid after changing the spatial weight matrix for robustness test.In view of this,the income distribution incentive system can be improved to promote high-quality common prosperity;Accelerate the development of a unified national market and promote high-standard common prosperity;Promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure and achieve high-level common prosperity.
