摘要
主要针对生物表面活性剂强化降解多环芳烃(PAHs)污染土壤的生物修复技术进行综述。介绍了PAHs的污染现状及毒性效应,对生物表面活性剂的来源与分类进行了总结,重点从生物表面活性剂强化微生物修复技术、植物修复技术、微生物-植物联合修复技术三个方面介绍了近年来PAHs生物修复技术的最新研究进展,讨论了生物和非生物因素对强化生物降解PAHs的影响,分析了生物表面活性剂强化PAHs降解机理以及目前存在的技术缺陷和瓶颈,并指出今后的研究方向。
The biosurfactant-enhanced remediation of PAHs in soil were reviewed.The trend in soil pollution and PAHs toxicity were introduced, the origination of biosurfactants and classifications were summarized.The latest research progress of PAHs remediation technology about biosurfactant enhanced microbial remediation, phytoremediation, and microbial-phytoremediation technology was emphasized to describe.Furthermore, the effects of biotic and abiotic factors on biosurfactant-enhanced remediation of PAHs in soil were discussed.The removal mechanism, defects and bottlenecks were prospected, as well as the main directions of future research on biosurfactant-enhanced degradation of PAHs in soil.
