摘要
综述了原位聚合法制备微胶囊原理、制备影响因素和在功能材料领域的应用进展。分别介绍了油容性单体和水溶性单体利用原位聚合法制备微胶囊的原理及过程,探讨了囊壁种类、芯壁比、乳化剂种类、乳化剂浓度、乳化速率和搅拌速率等制备工艺对微胶囊包覆效果和性能的影响,重点阐述了原位聚合法制备微胶囊在相变材料、阻燃材料和自修复材料领域中的应用,并讨论了应用过程中存在的优缺点,总结了原位聚合法制备微胶囊的工艺缺陷,并对微胶囊与功能基体材料相容性不足的问题进行了展望。
The principle of microcapsules prepared by in-situ polymerization, the influencing factors of preparation and the application progress in the field of functional materials are reviewed.The principle and process of preparing microcapsules by in-situ polymerization of oil-soluble monomers and water-soluble monomers were introduced respectively.The effects of preparation processes such as the type of capsule wall, the ratio of core to wall, the type of emulsifier, the concentration of emulsifier, the emulsification rate and the stirring rate on the coating effect and performance of microcapsules were discussed.The applications in the fields of phase change materials, flame retardant materials and self-healing materials are emphasized.And discuss the advantages and disadvantages in the application process.The process defects of microcapsules prepared by in situ polymerization are summarized.The problem of insufficient compatibility between microcapsules and functional matrix materials is also prospected.
