二氧化钛作为光催化剂的生物安全性的调研与分析

摘要 对我国、世界卫生组织、欧盟、美国以及加拿大等国际组织和国家机构的相关文件,以及发表论文进行了调研、总结和分析。二氧化钛颗粒的微小性导致其可以进入肺部,诱发癌症。通过呼吸进入人体的二氧化钛颗粒的危害性是由于它的物理特性而非化学特性。二氧化钛作为光催化剂在研究、生产过程中,需注意粉尘。作为光催化剂使用的二氧化钛一般都是固化后使用,而固化的光催化剂不存在粉尘问题,即欧盟归类的二氧化钛“第二类致癌物”,对光催化剂的应用没有影响。 The reason is that titanium dioxide has always been the best choice of photocatalyst materials.The relevant documents and published papers from international organizations and nations such as China, the World Health Organization, the European Union, the United States, and Canada were investigated, summarized and analyzed.Titanium dioxide nanoparticles are so tiny that they can enter the lungs and induce cancer.That is, the harm of titanium dioxide particles entering the human body through breathing is due to its physical properties rather than chemical properties.In the process of research and production of titanium dioxide photocatalyst, the dust is an issue.When titanium dioxide is used as photocatalyst, normally it is immobilized.The immobilized photocatalyst is not relevant to dust.Therefore, it is not associated with titanium dioxide photocatalyst that EU cauterized titanium dioxide into category 2 carcinogens(inhalation).
