摘要
为解决城市公共安全系统影响因素定量化分析的问题,从城市发展的自然生态环境、城区内的硬件设施系统及软件设施系统3个维度分析城市公共安全系统的影响因素,构建涵盖5个潜在变量、13个测量变量的城市公共安全系统结构方程模型,对城市公共安全子系统的构成要素进行量化分析,得出各个影响因素对城市公共安全系统的作用路径.结果表明:城市公共安全承灾系统与城市公共安全抗灾系统之间的相关性最高(0.820);在城市公共安全背景系统中人文因素对其影响较大(0.611);在城市公共安全承灾系统中生命线工程建设情况对其具有显著性影响(0.415);在城市公共安全抗灾系统中技术保障能力对其影响较大(0.529).
To solve the problem of quantitative analysis of the factors influencing of urban public safety systems,the factors influencing of urban public safety system are analysed in three dimensions,the natural ecological environment of urban development,the hardware facility system within the urban are and the software facility system.A structural equation model of the urban public safety system covering 5 potential variables and 13 measured variables is constructed to quantify the constituent elements of the urban public safety subsystem and to derive the paths of each influencing factor on the urban public safety system.The results show that the correlation between urban public safety disaster-bearing system and urban public safety disaster-resisting system is the highest(0.820).Human factors have a greater influence on the urban public safety background system(0.611).The construction of lifeline projects has a significant influence on the urban public safety disaster-bearing system(0.415).And the technical support capacity has a greater influence on the urban public safety disaster-resistance system(0.529).
