阑尾腺癌合并多种老年慢性病1例

摘要 阑尾腺癌是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,临床上没有特异性,易误诊延误病情,本文报道1例高龄阑尾腺癌合并多种慢性病患者临床症状及其手术预后情况,并结合相关文献进行复习、总结,对重视老年人急性阑尾炎可能合并阑尾腺癌的可能性有重要临床指导意义。
