电机长期通电自动监测系统的设计

摘要 电机长期通电自动监测系统主要用于对电机跑合控制系统的实时监测,该系统同时进行16路马达的跑合监测,能够监测三相电流及供电电压和温度等数据,实现三相直流电机跑合监测。系统能自动设置监测的上下限参数,超出该参数自动关闭电源,采用工控机作为主控制器,利用PCI总线数据采集卡实现对模拟量的测量。软件采用Labview实现界面的管理及显示。本系统能够提高生产的自动化程度,增加产品生产效率,同时有效降低生产成本。 The motor long-term power on automatic monitoring system is mainly used for real-time monitoring of the motor running in control system. The system also monitors the running in of 16 circuit motors. It can monitor threephase current, power supply voltage, temperature and other data to realize three-phase DC motor running in monitoring. The system can automatically set the upper and lower limit parameters for monitoring, and automatically turn off the power if the parameters are exceeded. The industrial computer is used as the main controller, and the PCI bus data acquisition card is used to measure the analog quantity. The software adopts LabVIEW to realize interface management and display. The system can improve the degree of automation of production, increase product production efficiency, and effectively reduce production costs.
