基于互联网中台理念的高校学生管理应急机制研究

Research on the emergency mechanism of college student management based on the concept of internet mid-ground

为了解决高校应对学生突发事件普遍存在的事先预警不充分、管理职责不明确、预案针对性不强、团队专业度不高、信息流转不畅通等不足,文章结合互联网中台架构理念,对高校学生管理应急机制开展了相关研究。通过对高校学生突发事件和互联网中台架构进行特征分析、对比,发现两者具有关联性和针对性。文章从组织中台、数据中台、业务中台3个方面构建学生管理应急体系,并以南京理工大学泰州科技学院为例进行了相关尝试,获得了较好的效果,进而证明互联网中台理念对高校学生突发事件应急响应、应急处置有重要的借鉴意义。

In order to solve the common problems of colleges and universities in dealing with student emergencies, such as insufficient early warning, unclear management responsibilities, weak pertinence of the plan, low team professionalism, and blocked information flow, this paper conducts relevant research on college student management emergency response mechanism in combination with the concept of Internet mid-ground architecture. By analyzing and comparing the characteristics of college students’ emergencies and the Internet mid-ground architecture, it is found that they are related and targeted. The paper constructs an emergency system for student management from three aspects: organizational middle office, data central-platform, and business product line. Taking Taizhou Institute of Sci. and Tech., NJUST. as an example, it has made a relevant attempt and achieved good results, which further proves that the concept of Internet mid-ground has an important reference significance for college students’ emergency response and emergency disposal.
