摘要 随着新型电力系统的快速发展,新能源用户的“远程集控、就地检维”的生产运营模式越来越广泛,同时对于电力调度通信系统提出了业务更多元、场景更丰富的要求,而现有的采用电路交换体制的电力程控调度交换无法满足上述要求。文章通过分析新型电力系统背景下的新能源用户需求,提出了智慧音视频调度交换系统总体构架,结合具体的案例给出了智慧音视频调度交换系统设计方案,为今后电力调度交换系统研究提供一些参考。 With the rapid development of the new power system,the production and operation mode of"remote centralized control,on-site inspection and maintenance"for new energy users is becoming more and more extensive.At the same time,the requirements for more diversified business and richer scenarios are put forward for the power dispatching communication system.However,the existing power programmable dispatching exchange based on circuit switching system cannot meet the above requirements.By analyzing the new energy user requirements under the new power system,this paper proposes the general frame of intelligent audio and video dispatching and switching system,and gives the design scheme of the smart audio and video dispatching and switching system in combination with specific cases,which provides some reference for the future research of the power dispatching and switching system.
