人机互动中的移情问题探析

伴随着现代社会中多种技术的不断融合,科技人工物的“系统性”特点日益突出。社交机器人是新一代的科技人造物体,它将多种技术元素融为一体,表现出了“拟人化”的特点,在与周围的人类交流的过程中,它会给人带来巨大的心理冲击,尤其是对人的情感方面,而移情现象也通常产生在人和社交机器人的互动交往中。人与机互动中的移情现象具有真实性和单向性的特征,这会导致人对社交机器人产生虚假认识,与机器人进行一个不对等的社会互动过程。因此,我们需要理性地看待技术与伦理的关系,把科学精神和人文关怀结合起来,共建人机命运共同体。

With the continuous integration of various technologies in the society,the"systematic"characteristics of scientific and technological artifacts are increasingly prominent.Social robot is a new generation of scientific and technological artificial object,which integrates various technical elements and shows its"anthropomorphic"characteristics.In the process of communicating with people around,it will bring great psychological impact to people,especially in the emotional aspect of people.Empathy also usually occurs in the interaction between people and social robots.Empathy in human machine interaction is characterized by authenticity and unilaterality,which will lead to people's false understanding of social robots and an unequal social interaction process with robots.Therefore,we need to look at the relationship between technology and ethics rationally,combine scientific spirit and humanistic care,and jointly build a community of human and machine destiny.
