Profound Research on the Innovative Reform of Vocational Education

我国经济发展在新时代迎来了重要转型,社会就业结构发生转变,社会就业岗位不仅需要高素质的学术人才,也同样需要高技能的职业人才。本文基于当前职业教育的发展现状及不足进行分析,并针对上述问题以及教学实践当中的心得体会,提出促进职业教育创新改革发展的相关建议与意见,希望能够更好的促进职业教育发展,培养更多适应经济和社会发展需要的人才。

China’s economic development has ushered in an important transformation in the new era, and the social employment structure has changed. Social employment requires not only high-quality academic personnel, but also highly skilled professional personnel. This paper is based on the current development situation and deficiencies of vocational education, and for the above problems and the experience in teaching practice, the paper puts forward relevant suggestions and opinions to promote the innovation, reform and development of vocational education, hoping to better promote the development of vocational education and cultivate more talents to meet the needs of economic and social development.
