质子交换膜燃料电池氢气循环泵控制方法综述

摘要 近年来,氢氧燃料电池以其功率密度高、燃料加注快捷、续航能力易拓展的优势,在商用车领域取得越来越广泛的应用。氢气循环泵是氢氧燃料电池系统中的关键部件,为燃料电池阳极提供气体循环,提升系统效率与单体一致性。本文对氢气循环泵的控制方法进行综述,包括基速以下控制、基速以上弱磁控制和PWM电压调制方法,为氢气循环泵控制方案的选择提供理论指导。 In recent years, proton exchange membrane fuel cells have been used more and more widely in the field of commercial vehicles due to their advantages of high power density, fast fuel injection, and easy to expand the endurance. The hydrogen circulating pump is a key component in the fuel cell system, which provides gas circulation for the anode of fuel cell and improves the system efficiency and consistency of cells. This paper summarizes the control methods of the hydrogen circulating pump, including the control below the base speed, the field weakening control above the base speed and PWM voltage modulation methods, which provide theoretical guidance for the selection of the control scheme of the hydrogen circulating pump.
