摘要
连铸技术的问世和普及,提高了炼钢产业的钢铁产出率和降低了生产过程的损失率,得到了制造业领域的大力支持和推广。本文通过研究连铸切割的切割方案,既能够使切割损失达到最小又能满足基本的用户需求。本文根据切割长度动态优化模型,运用Matlab和Lingo软件对不同问题的数据进行处理,得到了优化后的最优方案和合理的方案结果。
The advent and popularization of continuous casting technology has improved the steel output rate of the steelmaking industry and reduced the loss rate of the production process, and has been strongly supported and promoted by the manufacturing industry. In this paper, studying the cutting scheme of continuous casting cutting can not only minimize the cutting loss but also meet the basic user needs. In this paper, the model is dynamically optimized according to the cutting length, and Matlab and Lingo software are used to process the data of different problems, and the optimized optimal scheme and reasonable scheme results are obtained.
