针对某汽油发动机活塞机油消耗量高的问题,从发动机系统级、零部件级分析了该问题可能产生的原因并形成故障鱼骨图,以此为基础利用仿真分析和试验验证相结合的方法对可能原因进行逐一排查。最后通过优化缸体筋板、活塞环结构、活塞回油结构等,有效解决了发动机活塞机油消耗量高的问题。

Aiming at the problem of high oil consumption of a gasoline engine, the possible causes of the problem were analyzed from the engine system level and component level, and the fishbone diagram was formed. Base on this, the possible causes were checked one by one by the method od simulation analysis and test verification. Finally, by optimizing cylinder block, the second ring structure, piston oil return structure and so on, the problem of high oil consumption is effectively solved.
