摘要 随着汽车行业的逐渐发展,汽车成为人们日常出行的必备交通工具之一。汽车主要由不同系统装配在一起完成各项工作,汽车内部结构较为复杂,故障发生后的汽车维修及维修管理系统是汽车服务行业的日常必备环节,主要包括汽车维修过程中各项工具、零部件的出入库管理,工作量较大且较为复杂,直接关系着汽车维修企业的经济运营状况。因此,在汽车维修及运营过程中,建立完善的汽车维修综合管理系统,满足汽车维修日常物资管理及零部件出入库要求,对于汽车维修企业的经济高效运营及维修管理工作的合理落实具有重要意义。本研究针对目前汽车维修管理系统的主要功能及核心技术进行分析,提出一种适合中小企业的汽车维修综合管理系统设计方案,研究结果对于实现汽车维修企业的零部件采购,减少货物库存具有重要意义,可以推动企业运营经济利润实现最大化生产。 With the gradual development of the automotive industry, automobiles have become one of the necessary means of transportation for people’s daily travel. The car is mainly assembled by different systems to complete the work, and the internal structure of the car is more complex. The car maintenance management system after the failure is a daily necessary link in the automobile service industry, mainly including the car maintenance process of various tools, parts in and out of the warehouse management, and the workload is larger and more complex, directly related to the economic operation of the automobile maintenance enterprise. Therefore, in the process of automobile maintenance and operation, the establishment of a sound comprehensive management system for automobile maintenance to meet the daily material management of automobile maintenance and the requirements of parts in and out of the warehouse is of great significance for the economical and efficient operation of automobile maintenance enterprises and the reasonable implementation of maintenance management. This study analyzes the main functions and core technologies of the current automobile maintenance management system, and proposes a design scheme for the integrated management system of automobile maintenance suitable for small and mediumsized enterprises, which is of great significance for realizing the procurement of parts and reducing the inventory of goods of automobile maintenance enterprises, and can promote the economic profit of enterprise operation to maximize production.
