机械制造业属于我国经济发展中的重要组成部分,其安全生产问题一直都是大家关注的重点。尤其是在遇到突发状况时,如何及时应对处理,要特别引起重视,但从目前的情况来看,安全生产中的应急管理机制还不够完善,因此对企业生产中的安全事故进行积极预防已成为目前亟待解决的一个问题。可结合机械制造业安全生产中应急管理的特性,从事前积极预防、事中有效响应、事后妥善处理等方面着手来建设双重防御应急管理机制,并在生产中加大落实力度,充分发挥事故预防的积极作用,进而提升企业安全生产管理水平。

Machinery manufacturing industry is an important part of China’s economic development, and its safety production has always been the focus of everyone’s attention. Especially in the face of emergencies, how to deal with it in a timely manner, should pay special attention, but from the current situation, the emergency management mechanism in safe production is not perfect enough, so the active prevention of safety accidents in enterprise production has become an urgent problem to be solved. Combined with the characteristics of emergency management in the safety production of the machinery manufacturing industry, we can start to build a dual defense emergency management mechanism in terms of active prevention, effective response and proper handling after the event, and increase the implementation in production, give full play to the positive role of accident prevention, and then improve the level of enterprise safety production management.
