摘要
当前阶段随着传统能源的使用风险越来越大,整体资源面临着枯竭,社会加强了对新能源的利用和研究力度,当前我国新能源研究已经有了不错的进步和发展,这一点在我国的汽车领域尤其表现明显,传统的汽车发动机采用柴油或汽油等不可再生能源,对环境造成了较大的污染,如果能够改变这一现状,加强对新能源汽车的开发,就可以避免二氧化碳和硫化物向大气排放,在提高空气质量的同时推动汽车行业整体发展。在这一背景之下,新能源汽车行业需要整体加强人才培育,在教育领域也要加强对专业人才的塑造,1+X证书制度就是不错的教育方法,能够取得教学实效性。本文围绕着1+X证书制度在新能源汽车专业人才培养方面的运用展开论述,希望能为有关人员提供一些参考和建议。
At the current stage, with the increasing risk of the use of traditional energy, the overall resources are facing depletion. The society has strengthened the use and research of new energy, and the current new energy research in China has made good progress and development. This is especially evident in China’s automobile field. The traditional automobile engine uses diesel or gasoline and other non-renewable energy, causing greater pollution to the environment. To change this status quo, the development of new energy vehicles should be strengthened, which can avoid CO2 and sulfide emissions to the atmosphere, improve air quality and promote the development of the automotive industry as a whole. In this context, the new energy automobile industry needs to strengthen the overall cultivation of talents. The field of education should also strengthen the shaping of professional talents, and the 1+X certificate system is a good education method, which can achieve teaching effectiveness. This article focuses on the application of the 1+X certificate system in the training of new energy vehicle professionals, hoping to provide some references and suggestions for relevant personnel.
