本文旨在明确开展机械专业辅导员与专业课教师协同工作的重要性,通过提出一些策略来提升当前机械专业辅导员与专业课教师协同工作的水平。通过文章分析得知,机械专业辅导员与专业课教师协同工作的改革应从协同工作意识与能力的提升、专业队伍的组建、协同工作制度的建立、协同育人平台的搭建等几方面入手,有利于发挥高校机械专业教师资源的教育优势,进而实现提高机械类人才培养质量的终极目标。

This paper aims to clarify the importance of collaborative work between mechanical professional counselors and professional course teachers, and proposes some strategies to improve the current level of collaborative work between mechanical professional counselors and professional course teachers. Through the analysis of the article, it is learned that the reform of collaborative work between mechanical professional counselors and professional course teachers should start from the improvement of collaborative work awareness and ability, the formation of professional teams, the establishment of collaborative work systems, and the construction of collaborative education platforms, which is conducive to giving full play to the educational advantages of mechanical professional teacher resources in colleges and universities, and then achieving the ultimate goal of improving the quality of mechanical talent training.
