Research on the Training of Innovative Talents in Mechanical and Electrical Majors

机电专业是当前高职院校的重要专业。对于学校而言“双创型”人才培养模式就是促进机电专业发展的重要举措,不仅关系到专业的发展,而且也关系到学生的未来发展,高职院校一方面要为国家培养出专业化的人才,另一方面也要重点打造机电专业的标杆,因此,从专业建设的层面出发,在机电专业如何进行“双创型”人才培养是当前高校教师重点关注的问题。而本篇文章就从机电专业的现实情况出发,对“双创型”人才培养模式进行探讨。

Mechanical and electrical major is an important major in current vocational colleges. For the school, the “double innovation” talent training model is an important measure to promote the development of mechanical and electrical majors, which is not only related to the development of the profession, but also related to the future development of students. Vocational colleges on the one hand for the country train professional talents, and on the other hand focus on creating a benchmark for mechanical and electrical majors. Therefore, from the level of professional construction, how to carry out “double innovation” talent training in mechanical and electrical majors is the current college teachers’ focus on the problem. This article discusses the “double innovation” talent training model from the actual situation of mechanical and electrical majors.
