摘要
为了探究GC水库清淤施工方案,采用改进层次分析法对气动式清淤与环保绞吸式清淤两种备选方案进行比选。结合水库实际情况,从施工工期、工程投资、环保效益、作业水深、施工难度以及清淤质量等评价指标进行分析,建立了水库清淤方案比选层次结构模型,并采用模糊数学法和TOPSIS决策理论综合对模型进行求解。计算结果显示在保障作业环保与供水安全的前提下气动式清淤方案优于环保绞吸式清淤方案。
In order to explore the dredging construction scheme of GC reservoir,the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to compare and select two alternative schemes of pneumatic dredging and environmental protection cutter suction dredging.Combined with the actual situation of the reservoir,the analysis is carried out from the construction period,project investment,environmental protection benefits,operating water depth,construction difficulty,dredging quality and other evaluation indicators.A hierarchy model for comparison and selection of reservoir dredging schemes is established,and the fuzzy mathematics method and TOPSIS decision-making theory are used to solve the model comprehensively.The calculation results show that the pneumatic dredging scheme is superior to the environmental protection cutter suction dredging scheme on the premise of ensuring environmental protection and water supply safety.
