血压变异性与常见心血管危险因素的相关性分析

摘要 目的 分析血压变异性与常见心血管危险因素的相关性。方法 选取河南省胸科医院心血管内科2010年10月至2021年10月收治的100例原发性高血压患者为研究对象,依据选择性冠状动脉造影检查结果将其分为非冠状动脉病变组与冠状动脉病变组各50例。测定两组患者的血压变异性指标[24 h收缩压变异系数(SCV)、24 h舒张压变异系数(DCV)、日间收缩压变异系数(dSCV)、夜间收缩压变异系数(nSCV)、日间舒张压变异系数(dDCV)、夜间舒张压变异系数(nDCV)]、生化指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、尿酸(UA)]并进行对比,采用Spearman相关性分析法检验血压变异性与常见心血管危险因素的相关性。结果 冠状动脉病变组的血压变异性指标、生化指标中TC、TG、LDL-c均高于非冠状动脉病变组,HDL-c低于非冠状动脉病变组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),FBG、UA与非冠状动脉病变组比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);Spearman相关性分析结果提示:血压变异性指标与TC、TG、LDL-c呈正相关性(P <0.05),与HDL-c呈负相关性(P <0.05)。结论 血压变异性与常见心血管危险因素间具有较好的相关性,可作为心血管危险因素的预测因子。 Objective To analyze the correlation between blood pressure variability and common cardiovascular risk factors.Methods A total of 100 patients with essential hypertension admitted to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Henan Chest Hospital from October 2010 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were classified as non-coronary artery disease group and the coronary artery disease group based on the results of selective coronary angiography, with 50 cases in each group. The blood pressure variability indexes of the two groups of patients [24 h systolic blood pressure variation coefficient(SCV), 24 h diastolic blood pressure variation coefficient(DCV), day systolic blood pressure variation coefficient(dSCV),night systolic blood pressure variation coefficient(nSCV), day diastolic coefficient of variation of pressure(dDCV), coefficient of variation of night diastolic blood pressure(nDCV)], biochemical indexes [total cholesterol(TC), triglycerides(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c), low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-c), fasting blood glucose(FBG), uric acid(UA)] were compared, and Spearman correlation analysis was used to test the correlation between blood pressure variability and common cardiovascular risk factors. Results The blood pressure variability indexes and biochemical indexes(TC, TG, LDL-c)of the coronary artery disease group were higher than those of the non-coronary artery disease group, and HDL-c was lower than that of the non-coronary artery disease group. The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05));There were no statistically significant differences in FBG, UA between two groups(P > 0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that blood pressure variability indexes were positively correlated with TC, TG, LDL-c(P < 0.05), negatively correlated with HDL-c(P < 0.05).Conclusion There is a good correlation between blood pressure variability and common cardiovascular risk factors, and it can be used as a predictor of cardiovascular risk factors.
