前置胎盘产后出血患者应用宫腔球囊压迫治疗的止血效果及生活质量评估

Evaluation of Hemostatic Effect and Quality of Life of Patients With Postpartum Hemorrhage of Placenta Previa Treated by the Uterine Cavity Balloon Compression

目的 探讨宫腔球囊压迫治疗应用于前置胎盘产后出血患者治疗中对止血效果及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2018年1月至2019年12月平舆县妇幼保健院收治的共计80例前置胎盘患者,按照随机数字表法分成研究组(N=40)与对照组(N=40),对照组采用纱布条填塞止血治疗,研究组采用宫腔球囊压迫治疗,对两组止血效果、临床指标、生活质量及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果 研究组止血有效率(95.00%)较对照组(72.50%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、术中止血时间、住院时间较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组术中出血量较对照组更少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组生活质量评分提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(5.00%)较对照组(22.50%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 前置胎盘产后出血患者采用宫腔球囊压迫治疗,能够提高止血效果,缩短手术时间、术中止血时间及住院时间,降低术中出血量,提高生活质量,减少并发症发生。

Objective To explore the effect of the uterine cavity balloon compression therapy on hemostasis and quality of life in patients with postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa. Methods A total of 80 patients with placenta previa admitted in Pingyu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected, and divided into the study group(N=40) and the control group(N=40) by random number table method. The control group was treated with gauze packing for hemostasis, the study group was treated with intrauterine balloon compression. The hemostatic effect, clinical indicators, quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups. Results In comparision of the control group(72.50%), the total effective rate of hemostasis in the study group(95.00%) was higher, with significant difference(P<0.05). In comparision of the control group, the operation time, hemostasis time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter, with significant differences(P<0.05), and the blood loss in the study group was less, with significant difference(P<0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores of both groups were improved, with significant differences(P<0.05), and in comparision of the control group, the scores of the study group were higher, with significant difference(P<0.05). In comparision of the control group(22.50%), the incidence of complications in the study group(5.00%) was lower, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Uterine balloon compression therapy for postpartum hemorrhage of placenta previa can improve the hemostatic effect, shorten the operation time, intraoperative hemostasis time and hospitalization time, reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, improve the quality of life and reduce complications.
