达格列净在射血分数降低的心力衰竭患者治疗中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Dapagliflozin in the Treatment of Heart Failure Patients with reduced Ejection Fraction

目的 分析达格列净在射血分数降低的心力衰竭患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取联勤保障部队第九八八医院心血管内科2019年1月至2020年1月收治的60例射血分数降低的心力衰竭患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组加用达格列净治疗,3个月后比较两组临床疗效差异。结果 治疗后两组的左室射血分数、氧化应激指标、心室重塑指标均较本组治疗前改善且观察组改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在射血分数降低的心力衰竭患者治疗中达格列净可通过抑制氧化应激反应实现遏制心室重塑、降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of dapagliflozin in the treatment of heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction. Methods A total of 60 patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction who were admitted to the department of cardiovascular medicine of the 988th Hospital of the Joint Service Support Force from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group by random number table. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with dapagliflozin. After 3 months,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction, oxidative stress index and ventricular remodeling index of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction, dapagliflozin can inhibit ventricular remodeling and reduce the incidence of adverse events by inhibiting oxidative stress reaction.
