综合护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的 研究综合护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的临床应用价值。方法 选择2021年1月至2022年5月镇平县人民医院妇产科收治的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者,随机分为研究组(N=30)和对照组(N=30)。对照组患者应用常规的护理干预,研究组患者应用综合护理干预。对比两组患者的护理干预前后的空腹及三餐后2 h的血糖情况、糖化血红蛋白水平、妊娠结局及护理满意度。结果 研究组患者与对照组患者相比较,其空腹及餐后2 h的血糖情况、糖化血红蛋白水平在护理干预前,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过不同的护理干预后,研究组患者的血糖控制水平与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,护理之后研究组患者发生不良妊娠结局的比例(10.00%)显著低于对照组(33.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者对治疗效果的满意度(96.67%)显著高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 综合护理干预在妊娠期糖尿病患者护理中的临床应用价值较高,可以达到更好地控制血糖的目的,改善妊娠结局,减轻不良反应。

Objective To study the clinical application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 60 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Zhenping County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into the study group(N=30) and control group(N=30). The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention, while the study group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The plasma glucose on an empty stomach, glycosylated hemoglobin level, pregnancy outcome, and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing intervention and 2 h after meals were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in fasting and 2h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin level before nursing intervention(P>0.05). After different nursing interventions, the blood glucose control level of the study group was compared with that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In addition, the proportion of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group(10.00%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.33%) after nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction of patients in the study group(96.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of gestational diabetes mellitus patients with high clinical application value, can achieve better control of blood sugar, improve pregnancy outcomes, and reduce adverse reactions.
