摘要
肿瘤是一种与机体免疫系统功能密切相关的疾病,是人类迄今为止仅次于心血管疾病的主要死亡原因。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor associated macrophage,TAM)作为肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)中主要的免疫细胞亚群发挥着重要的作用。M2样TAM的高浸润与实体肿瘤患者的低生存率密切相关。了解复杂的TME中TAM所经历的一系列代谢变化以及功能可塑性,有助于将TAM作为肿瘤免疫治疗的靶点,开发更有效的肿瘤治疗策略。该综述总结了TAM的来源、功能状态、代谢变化等最新研究,并着重讨论了TAM在实体肿瘤中的靶向治疗方法。
Tumor is closely related to the immune system,and this disease has high death rates next to cardiovascular diseases.TAM (tumor associated macrophage) plays an important role as the main immune cell subset in TME (tumor microenvironment).More infiltrating M2-TAM is related to the lower survival rate of solid tumor patients.Understanding of metabolic changes and functional plasticity of TAM in the TME can help to develop effective tumor immunotherapy.This review summarizes the latest researches about the origin,functional plasticity,metabolic changes of TAM.It also focuses on the targeted therapies of TAM in solid tumors,aiming to provide new ideas for tumor immunotherapy.
