五分量短舱内阻测力天平的研制

摘要 为实现对民机短舱内流阻力的精确测量,需要开展短舱内阻测力天平的结构设计研究。在总结分析常规结构天平的使用问题的基础上,采用大刚度、具有力放大功能的天平元件作为基本敏感单位,多个天平元件组合测量多维力的方法,成功研制一台五分量测力天平。天平的刚度较常规柱梁结构天平提升7倍,天平的准度指标达到国军标合格水平。风洞试验中天平各元回零良好,动态性能稳定,测量载荷规律合理,阻力测量精度达到0.0001水平。为民机短舱内流阻力测量的测力天平研制提供了借鉴与参考。 In order to measure the nacelle internal flow resistance accurately,It is necessary to study the structural design of thenacelle internal flow resistance balance.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the usage of conventional balance,we adopt the method of great stiffness,force amplification function elements as basic sensitive unit,combining multiple balance elements,development of five-component force balance successfully.The stiffness of the balance is seven times higher than that of the conventional column-beam balance,the veracity index of the balance is up to the standard of the GJB.In the wind tunnel test,each element of the balance returns to zero well,the dynamic performance is stable,and the law of measuring load is reasonable,The precision of resistance measurement reaches 0.0001 level.It provides a reference for the development of the force balance for measuringthenacelle internal flow resistance of civil aircraft.
