摘要
文章根据自身项目钢结构构件的型式以及结构钢筋的配筋情况,主要介绍了劲性钢柱箍筋安装的优化手段,劲性钢构柱与框架梁钢筋连接难点的技术优化,针对劲性结构核心区混凝土质量控制的施工技术措施,对钢结构劲性钢梁底部的钢筋连接提出一种新型连接方式。在满足现场实际施工可操作的前提下,提高结构节点施工质量与安全性,加快了施工现场劲性钢柱的箍筋安装、劲性钢构柱钢筋连接的进度,降低了施工成本。
According to the type of steel structural components of its own project and the reinforcement of structural reinforcement, this paper mainly introduces the optimization means of the installation of the stirrup of the strong steel column, the technical optimization of the connection difficulties of the steel column and the frame beam reinforcement, the construction technical measures for the quality control of the concrete in the core area of the strong structure, and the new connection method is proposed for the reinforcement connection at the bottom of the steel structure. Under the premise of meeting the actual construction operation on the site,the construction quality and safety of structural nodes are improved, and the progress of the clamp installation of the strong steel column and the connection of the steel bar of the strong steel column at the construction site is accelerated, which reduces the construction cost.
