废弃混凝土粉体地聚合物改性试验研究

摘要 为了解决废弃混凝土粉体在地聚合物反应过程中活性低的问题,采用粉煤灰和高炉矿渣作为改性材料,研究粉煤灰与高炉矿渣复掺掺量对废弃混凝土粉体地聚合物工作性及力学特性影响规律。试验结果表明,随着复掺掺量增加,地聚合物凝结时间大幅缩短,地聚合物流动度得到较大改善,且掺量为40%时的流动度最大。粉煤灰与高炉矿渣的复掺方式,不仅极大提升废弃混凝土粉体地聚合物早期强度,还能促进其后期强度的发展。 In order to solve the problem of low activity of waste concrete powder in geopolymer reaction, fly ash and blast furnace slag were used as modified materials to study the influence of the content of fly ash and blast furnace slag on the workability and mechanical properties of geopolymer based on waste concrete powder. The experimental results show that the setting time of geopolymer is greatly shortened and the fluidity of geopolymer is greatly improved with the increase of compound content, and the fluidity is the largest when the content is 40%. The combination of fly ash and blast furnace slag not only greatly improves the early strength of geopolymer based on waste concrete powder, but also promotes the development of its later strength.
