某绿色建筑博览园是超低能耗被动建筑和绿色建筑为主题的区域示范工程的展示公园,充分体现“以人为本,被动优先,珍惜资源,持续发展”的生态低碳理念,因地制宜利用当地地域气候优势,以实现与自然和谐共生的目标。文章重点研究了江苏某绿色建筑博览园的超低能耗建筑技术、建筑产业现代化技术、建筑智能化技术、海绵城市技术,并对其运行效果进行研究分析。

A green building expo park is a display park for regional demonstration projects themed on ultra-low energy passive buildings and green buildings, which fully reflects the ecological low-carbon concept of "people-oriented, passive priority, cherish resources, sustainable development" and adapts to local conditions to achieve the goal of harmonious coexistence with nature. This paper focuses on the ultra-low energy building technology, construction industry modernization technology, intelligent building technology, and sponge city technology of a green building expo park in Jiangsu, and analyzes its operation effect.
