文章介绍了江北新区人才公寓3号楼暖通空调设计,本项目为江北新区打造的第一栋百年住宅,以建设产业化、建筑长寿化、品质优良化和绿色低碳化为目标,依托SI建筑体系技术、装配式技术、绿色技术、健康技术和智慧技术等,建设新一代建筑示范项目。详细介绍了本项目各专业采用的技术措施,着重介绍了本项目暖通空调设计的方法及设计特点:采用温湿度独立控制技术、地源热泵低碳节能技术、置换通风技术、支线与主体完全脱离的技术,可为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。
