摘要
设计了一种“工”型永磁体圆筒式直线发电机,确定了基本结构及参数。采用有限元分析对三种充磁方式下的“矩”型、“工”型永磁体圆筒式直线发电机的空载发电动势、定位力、输出功率进行了对比分析;并单独对径向充磁下的“工”型永磁体直线发电机进行了不同结构参数下的性能分析。得到了以下结论:在使用径向充磁时,“工”型永磁体可以小幅提升反电势和输出功率,并有效降低定位力;在使用轴向充磁时,“工”型永磁体同样可以有效降低定位力;但在使用Halbach充磁时,“工”型永磁体相反会提升定位力;同时确定了径向充磁下“工”型永磁体直线发电机随着永磁体厚度变化的性能变化曲线,以及其独特结构下随其特征结构参数的性能变化曲线。
A “I” type permanent magnet cylindrical linear generator was designed, and the basic structure and parameters were determined. Using finite element analysis, the no-load power generation motive force, positioning force and output power of “moment” and “I” permanent magnet cylindrical linear generators under three magnetization modes were compared and analyzed;The performance of “I” permanent magnet linear generator under radial magnetization was analyzed under different structural parameters. The conclusions are as follows: when radial magnetization is used, the “I” permanent magnet can slightly increase the back EMF and output power, and effectively reduce the positioning force;When using axial magnetization, “I” permanent magnet can also effectively reduce the positioning force;However, when Halbach is used for magnetization, the “I” permanent magnet will increase the positioning force on the contrary;At the same time, the performance change curve of “I” permanent magnet linear generator with the change of permanent magnet thickness under radial magnetization and the performance change curve with its characteristic structural parameters under its unique structure are determined.
