摘要
目的评价福建省疫苗冷链自动监测系统运行现状,为进一步完善冷链监测管理提供依据。方法收集2021年6月-2022年5月福建省省级冷链自动监测平台数据,统计监测平台冷链设备运转情况、温度采集总数和及时上传数据、报警次数和及时处置数、APP安装数、数据及时审核数、设备档案表完成数,进行描述性统计分析。结果福建省(不含厦门市)共6458台冷链设备,其中正常使用5709台,占88.40%;纳入省级冷链自动监测平台2413台,占正常使用设备的42.27%。2021年6月-2022年5月共采集全省冷链设备温度信息321493597条,及时上传至平台304880024条,上传及时率94.83%;报警信息共37698条,报警率0.012%;超温37653条、占报警总数99.88%,其次为电报警45条、占0.12%;全省报警及时处置20514次,处置及时率54.42%;监测系统手机APP安装884次,APP安装率67.28%;温度数据及时审核1339次,审核及时率0.37%;冷链设备档案表完成登记808台,完成率12.51%。结论福建省省级冷链监测平台通过信息化方式监测冷链设备持续动态的温度变化,可达到较高的全年温度采集上传及时率和较低的报警率,有利于及时、客观地监测各区域冷链运转情况和全省冷链设备状况。
Objective To evaluate the operating status of the vaccine cold chain automatic monitoring system in Fujian province,so as to provide evidence for further improving the cold chain monitoring management.Methods The data of Fujian provincial cold chain automatic monitoring platform from June 2021 to May 2022 was collected,and the operation of the monitoring platform’s cold chain equipment was conducted,the total number of temperature acquisition andtimely-upload data,of alarms and timely disposal,of APP installations,of timely data-check,and of completed equipment archives was collected and analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis.Results There were 6458 cold chain equipment in Fujian province(Xiamen city excluded),with 5709 in normal use,accounting for 88.4%in total,and 2413 were included in the provincial cold chain automatic monitoring platform,accounting for 42.27%of the equipment in normal use;From June 2021 to May 2022,a total of 321493597 pieces of temperature data were collected in the province,and 30488024 pieces were uploaded to the platform in time,with a timely upload rate of 94.83%.There were 37698 alarm messages in total,with an alarm rate of 0.012%;Over-temperature 37653,accounting for 99.88%of the total alarms,followed by 45 power-off alarms,accounting for 0.12%;The province’s alarms were timely handled 20514 times,with a timely disposal rate of 54.42%;The mobile APP of the monitoring system was installed 884 times,the APP installation rate being 67.28%;The temperature data was reviewed 1339 times in time,the timeliness rate being 0.37%;808 cold chain equipment archives were registered,with a completion rate of 12.51%.Conclusion The Fujian provincial cold chain monitoring platform monitors the continuous and dynamic temperature change of cold chain equipment through the information mode,which can achieve a high timeliness rate of annual temperature collection and uploading and a low alarm rate,and is conductive to timely and objective monitoring of the operation of the cold chain in various regions and the equipment status of the cold chain in the province.
