加味过敏煎治疗过敏性鼻炎肺气虚寒证的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating allergic rhinitis of lung Qi deficiency and cold syndrome with the Guomin decoction

目的:观察加味过敏煎治疗过敏性鼻炎肺气虚寒证的临床疗效,为加味过敏煎的治疗有效性提供理论依据。方法:将60例肺气虚寒证变应性鼻炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组给予加味过敏煎治疗,对照组给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,14 d为一个周期,连续治疗2个周期。记录患儿鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻塞、流涕积分情况,观察治疗前后两组患儿症状积分和总有效率的变化,用SPSS 21.0进行统计。结果:治疗组和对照组对鼻痒、鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕均有治疗效果,而治疗组对于鼻痒、喷嚏的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组对气短懒言、易感、自汗、咳嗽各项均有治疗效果(P<0.05),对照组对气短懒言、易感、咳嗽有治疗效果(P<0.05),对自汗症状无明显改善(P>0.05)。治疗组对易感、自汗的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组在总有效率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组的不良反应发生率高于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:加味过敏煎治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎肺气虚寒证疗效确切,能有效改善临床症状,且无明显不良反应,效果优于孟鲁司特钠,有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the Guomin decoction(过敏煎)on allergic rhinitis of lung Qi(气)deficiency and cold syndrome,so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment effectiveness of the Guomin decoction.Methods:A total of 60 children with allergic rhinitis of lung Qi deficiency and cold syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with the Guomin decoction,and the control group was treated with montelukast sodium,14 days was a course,for 2 consecutive courses.The scores of nasal itching,sneezing,nasal obstruction and runny nose were recorded.The total effective rate and symptom scores in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0.Results:Both the treatment group and the control group had therapeutic effects on nasal itching,nasal congestion,sneezing and runny nose(P<0.05).The amelioration of nasal itching and sneezing in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had therapeutic effect on shortness of breath,lazy speech,susceptibility,spontaneous sweating and cough(P<0.05),while the control group had therapeutic effect on shortness of breath,lazy speech,susceptibility and cough(P<0.05),but it had no significant effect on spontaneous sweating symptoms(P>0.05).The therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Guomin decoction is effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung Qi deficiency and cold syndrome in children.It can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and has no obvious adverse reactions.The effect of the Guomin decoction is better than montelukast sodium,and it has good clinical application value.
