耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩治疗脑卒中偏瘫的疗效观察

Effect of ear pressure beans plus point massage on stroke hemiplegia

目的:评估耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩应用于脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效及对其生活质量的影响。方法:选取2020年4月6日―2021年3月5日于广东省第二中医院白云院区就诊的132例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组各66例。所有患者均实行护理常规干预,对照组在此基础上加用耳穴压豆疗法,观察组在对照组基础上联合穴位按摩进行干预。干预1年后,对比观察两组患者的治疗依从性、心理状态、日常生活能力、肢体运动能力和生活质量。结果:观察组的治疗依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。132例患者的焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(Self-Rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.05),观察组的SAS评分、SDS评分下降幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。132例患者的Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer量表评分较干预前明显提高(P<0.05),观察组的Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer量表评分提升幅度较对照组显著增大(P<0.05);132例患者的生活质量评分表(Quality of Life,QOL)较干预前明显降低,观察组的QOL评分的降低幅度较对照组明显增大(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩治疗脑卒中偏瘫可以更明显地强化患者的治疗依从性、改善患者的负性情绪、提高患者的肢体运动能力和日常生活能力,进而提高患者的生活质量。此方案具有一定的优势,值得临床推广。

Objective:To evaluate effects of ear pressure beans plus point massage on stroke hemiplegia patients.Methods:A total of 132 stroke hemiplegia patients treated in the Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province from April 6,2020 to March 5,2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely the control group and the observation group,66 cases in each.All patients were given routine nursing intervention.The control group was additionally treated by ear pressure beans,while the observation group was additionally treated by ear pressure beans plus point massage.After one year of intervention,the treatment compliance,psychological state,activity of daily living,limb movement ability and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the improvement of Barthel index and FMA score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the decrease of QOL score in the observation group was significantly larger than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ear pressure beans plus point massage can obviously improve treatment compliance,alleviate patients negative emotions,and improve patients limb movement ability and daily living ability in stroke hemiplegia patients.This treatment has certain advantages and is worthy of clinical promotion.
