健脾息风活络汤治疗急性缺血性脑卒中复发的疗效及对患者神经功能影响

Clinical effect of the Jianpi Xifeng Huoluo decoction on recurrent acute ischemic stroke and its effect on neurological function

目的:评估健脾息风活络汤治疗急性缺血性脑卒中复发的疗效及对患者神经功能的影响。方法:选取2019年8月―2020年8月在莒南县中医医院中医内科进行诊治的急性缺血性脑卒中复发患者96例,随机抽签法将患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组48例。对照组接受脑卒中常规西医治疗;治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上应用健脾息风活络汤治疗。对比两组患者治疗后的中医证候积分、神经功能评分,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的中医证候积分与神经功能积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分并未表现出差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的中医证候积分与神经功能积分、NIHSS评分均有所下降,且治疗组NIHSS评分小于对照组,治疗组的两项指标分值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在接受治疗过程中,治疗组患者血管再通率大于对照组,且出现不良反应的概率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:健脾息风活络汤结合西药治疗急性缺血性脑卒中复发能够有效改善患者的症状,恢复神经功能,提高血管再通率,控制不良反应率,更有利于患者康复。

Objective:To investigate the effect of the Jianpi Xifeng Huoluo decoction(健脾息风活络汤)on recurrent acute ischemic stroke and its effect on nerve function.Methods:A total of 96 patients with acute ischemic stroke recurrence treated in Junan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as analysis subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,and the treatment group received the Jianpi Xifeng Huoluo decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The TCM symptom score,neurological function score and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after treatment.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores,neurological function scores,and NIHSS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the neurological function score and NIHSS score were decreased both in the two groups;the NIHSS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group;and the scores of the two indicators in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vascular recanalization rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the probability of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jianpi Xifeng Huoluo decoction plus Western medicine treatment to the patients with recurrent acute ischemic stroke can effectively improve the patient’s condition,recover the patient’s neurological function significantly,improve the vascular recanalization rate.The probability of adverse reactions is effectively controlled,thereby ensuring the recovery of patients.
