分析急诊内科高血压性脑出血患者的临床治疗效果

The clinical treatment effect on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in emergency department

目的:探究急诊内科高血压性脑出血患者的临床治疗效果。方法:样本为急诊高血压性脑出血患者,抽出48例样本进行分析,收录时间在2017年10月―2021年3月,利用奇偶法分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组存在24例病例,观察组患者开展院前急救治疗,如呼吸道处理、急诊处理、对症干预等,临床用药给予甘露醇及呋塞米等,并在患者到院前做好相应的准备,包括急救物品、器械等。对照组开展传统方式治疗,包括止血、降压处理等,依据患者的实际情况给予手术治疗。对治疗时间、抢救时间、神经功能缺损情况、病死率指标进行总结,分析急诊抢救的临床效果。结果:对照组的治疗时间为、抢救时间、神经功能评估分数、病死率均差于观察组组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊内科高血压性出血患者采取院前急救治疗的临床效果显著,保证了患者的最佳治疗时机,挽救了患者的生命健康,减少了临床并发症的发生,促进了患者的生活质量提高,使患者在短时间内恢复健康,降低了急诊脑出血患者的病死率,在临床上具有重要的研究价值。

Objective:To explore the clinical treatment effect on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in emergency department.Methods:The samples were patients with emergency hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in Hubei 672 Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.48 samples were selected for on a analysis.The collection time was from October 2017 to March 2021.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by parity method.There were 24 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group received pre-hospital emergency treatment,such as respiratory tract treatment,emergency treatment,and symptomatic intervention.Mannitol,furosemide and other drugs shall be given,and corresponding preparations shall be made before the patient arrives at the hospital,including first-aid articles and instruments.The patients in the control group shall be treated in traditional ways,including hemostasis and hypotension.Surgical treatment shall be given according to the actual situation of the patient.The treatment time,rescue time,neurological deficit,and mortality indexes were summarized,and the clinical effect of emergency rescue was analyzed.Results:The treatment time,the rescue time,the score of neurological function evaluation,and the mortality in the control group were all worse than those on the observation group.There were significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of pre-hospital emergency treatment on hypertensive hemorrhage in emergency internal medicine is remarkable,which ensures the best treatment opportunity,saves the life of patients,reduces the occurrence of clinical complications,improves patients’ quality of life,restores the health of patients in a short time,and reduces the mortality of patients with emergency intracerebral hemorrhage.It has important research value in clinic.
