手法配合毫刃针松解治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察96例

Clinical observation on treating 96 cases of knee osteoarthritis by manipulation plus millimulus needle release

目的:评估手法配合毫刃针松解治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者96例作为研究对象,对所有患者采用手法配合毫刃针松解治疗。评估所有患者治疗后的总有效率、治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Score,VAS)、Lysholm膝关节评分(Lysholm Knee Score,LKS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(Osteoarthritis Index of Western Ontario and McMaster University,WOMAC)评分和36项健康状况调查简表(The Mos 36-item Short From Health Survey,SF-36)评分的变化;统计不良反应发生情况;并在治疗结束后对患者进行满意度调查。结果:所有患者治疗后总有效率、VAS评分、WOMAC评分明显低于治疗前;LKS评分和SF-36评分明显高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手法配合毫刃针松解治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效较好,各项症状均得以有效改善,患者对此方案满意度较高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of manipulation plus millimulus needle release on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 96 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients treated from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,all of the patients received manipulation plus millimulus needle release.The total efficiency,VAS score,LKS score,WOMAC score and SF-36 score in all patients were observed before and after treatment to determine clinical effects.Occurrence of adverse reactions were counted.And patients’satisfaction was investigated after treatment.Results:The overall effective rate in all patients after treatment,post-treatment VAS scores and WOMAC scores were significantly lower than before treatment,and LKS scores and SF-36 scores were significantly higher than before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The manipulation plus millimulus needle release treatment has a good clinical effect on knee osteoarthritis,and all the clinical symptoms can be effectively relieved.The manipulation plus millimulus needle release therapy is worthy to be popularized and applied.
