近20年中医药治疗脊髓损伤的文献计量学分析

A bibliometric analysis of treating spinal cord injury in TCM in the past 20 years

目的:通过对中医药治疗脊髓损伤相关文献进行文献计量分析及可视化分析,探究中医药治疗脊髓损伤相关领域的研究现状、热点及前沿趋势。方法:从中国知网核心数据库搜索筛选2001-2021年以来中医药治疗脊髓损伤的相关文献,利用CiteSpace 5.7.R2软件对发文趋势、研究作者、研究机构和关键词等内容进行可视化展示分析。结果:经筛选后最终纳入的中文文献共1393篇,年发文量呈现整体上升的趋势。研究学者700位,其中全仁夫是中医药治疗脊髓损伤相关研究发文量最多的作者;其次是马勇、孔抗美、王健伟等,并形成较为稳定的核心研究团队;发文机构分析显示共有443家,天津中医药大学是中医药治疗脊髓损伤相关研究发文量最多的机构;文献关键词分析显示,关键词为731个,频次最高的是脊髓损伤,研究内容主要集中在药理研究、治疗方法、伴随症状、机制研究等,其中对于中医药治疗脊髓损伤的机制研究是目前研究热点。结论:中医药治疗脊髓损伤具有独特而鲜明的优势,但在疾病的治疗手段上仍未形成统一广泛可复制性的共识。因此中医对于脊髓损伤发病机制的认识和相关基础研究仍需进一步提高,同时应加强各不同团队和机构之间跨区域的学术合作交流。

Objective:Through bibliometric analysis and visual analysis of the literature related to the treatment of spinal cord injury in TCM,it was explored that the research status,hot spots and cutting-edge trends in the field related to the treatment of spinal cord injury in TCM.Methods:The relevant literature on the treatment of spinal cord injury in TCM from 2001 to 2021 were searched and screened in CNKI.The publishing trend,research authors,research institutions and keywords were visually displayed and analyzed by CiteSpace 5.7.R2 software.Results:After screening,a total of 1393 Chinese documents were included finally,and the annual number of documents showed an overall upward trend.There were 700 research scholars,among which QUAN Renfu is the author with the largest number of publications related to the treatment of spinal cord injury in TCM,followed by MA Yong,KONG Kangmei,WANG Jianwei,etc.,forming a relatively stable core research team.The analysis of publishing institutions showed that there were a total of 443 institutions,and Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine is the institution with the largest number of papers on the treatment of spinal cord injury in TCM.The literature keyword analysis showed that there were 731 keywords,and the most frequent keyword was spinal cord injury.The research content mainly focused on pharmacological research,treatment methods,accompanying symptoms,mechanism research,etc..Among them,the research on the action mechanism of TCM in the treatment of spinal cord injury is the research hotspot at present.Conclusion:TCM has unique and distinct advantages in the treatment of spinal cord injury,but there is no unified and widely reproducible consensus on the treatment methods of the disease.Therefore,the understanding of TCM on the pathogenesis of spinal cord injury and related basic research still need to be further improved.At the same time,the cross regional academic cooperation and exchange between different teams and institutions should be strengthened.
