不同乳腺癌分子分型肿瘤相关性抑郁差异分析

The difference among tumor-related depression syndrome of different molecular types of breast cancer

目的:探讨不同乳腺癌分子分型抑郁的发生率并分析各分型抑郁的影响因素及差异。方法:随机选取乳腺癌患者,填写一般情况问卷、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)调查问卷,将所得资料按照乳腺癌分子分型标准进行分类,进行抑郁发病率的统计和抑郁程度的评估,分析不同分型下抑郁的相关因素的差异。结果:共收集合格资料278例,结果显示乳腺癌抑郁以轻度抑郁为主,Luminal型乳腺癌抑郁发病率高于其他型,人类表皮生长因子受体2(Human Epidermal growth factor Receptor 2,HER-2)过表达型抑郁发生率最低。就中医证型来说,肝郁气滞、脾虚痰结两类证型容易产生抑郁情绪。结论:不同分子分型乳腺癌抑郁发病率及程度不同,抑郁影响因素差异明显。

Objective:The incidence of depression in different breast cancer molecular subtypes was investigated,and the influencing factors and differences of different subtypes of depression were analyzed.Methods:Breast cancer patients were randomly selected,and the general information questionnaire and SDS questionnaire were filled out.The obtained data was classified according to the molecular classification criteria of breast cancer,and the incidence of depression and the degree of depression were evaluated and analyzed.The differences in the relevant factors of different classification types of depression were analyzed.Results:A total of 278 cases were collected,and the results showed that breast cancer depression was mainly mild depression,the incidence of depression of Luminal type breast cancer was higher than other types,and the incidence of HER-2 hyperexpressed depression was the lowest.In terms of TCM syndrome types,the liver depression and Qi(气)stagnation type,and the spleen deficiency and sputum accumulation type are prone to depression.Conclusion:The incidence and degree of different molecular classification types of depression of breast cancer are different,and the factors affecting depression are obviously different.
