单纯灯芯灸治疗带状疱疹随机对照试验Meta分析

A Meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials of treating herpes zoster by simple lampwick moxibustion

目的:系统评价灯芯灸治疗带状疱疹的临床试验的疗效。方法:检索中文数据库中国知网、维普、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库及英文数据库Pub Med、The Cochrane Library,搜索单纯灯芯灸疗法治疗带状疱疹的随机对照试验研究。运用Cochrane偏倚风险工具对目标文献进行风险评估,运用Review Manager 5.3软件和Stata 16软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入符合标准的目标文献10篇,总计859例患者。Meta分析结果提示,与非灯芯灸疗法相比,灯芯灸疗法的总有效率明显更高(P<0.05),视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分明显更低(P<0.05),止痛时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)、止疱时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)、结痂时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但二者结果均显示灯芯灸疗法结果更好,由于样本数少,无法给出高质量的证据。结论:单纯灯芯灸疗法的总有效率要明显高于对照组,VAS评分要明显低于对照组。尽管单纯灯芯灸疗法可以缩短疼痛、止疱、结痂时间,但由于关于这方面的研究文献总体数量不足,因此要得出更高强度的证据需要今后开展更高质量的随机对照试验研究。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of lampwick moxibustion on herpes zoster.Methods:In Chinese databases such as CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,Chinese Clinical Trial Registry,as well as English databases such as PubMed,The Cochrane Library,the studies on randomized controlled trials of treating herpes zoster by lampwick moxibustion were retrieved.Cochrane bias risk assessment tool was used to assess the risk of target studies,and RevMan 5.3 software and Stata 16 software was applied for a Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 10 articles met the inclusion criteria were included finally,with a total of 859 cases.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the total efficiency of lampwick moxibustion therapy was significantly higher than that of non-lampwick moxibustion(P<0.05),and VAS scores of patients treated by lampwick moxibustion therapy were significantly lower than non-lampwick moxibustion(P<0.05).The pain duration(P<0.05),blister duration(P>0.05),and crusting duration(P>0.05)of patients treated by lampwick moxibustion therapy was shorter than non-lampwick moxibustion.However,due to the small sample size,it cannot be supported by high-quality evidence.Conclusion:The total efficiency of lampwick moxibustion therapy was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the VAS score was significantly lower than the control group.Although lampwick moxibustion therapy can shorten the time of pain,blistering,and scabbing,the literature is generally inadequate in quantity and poor in quality.Therefore,higher quality randomized controlled trials should be carried out in the future to obtain higher intensity evidence.
