近十年针灸治疗卵巢早衰的选穴规律分析

An analysis of acupoint selection rules of treating premature ovarian failure by acupuncture and moxibustion in the past ten years

目的:整理和分析近十年针灸治疗卵巢早衰的选穴规律。方法:通过计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库,从针灸选穴处方及治疗方法方面进行归纳分析,以阐述针灸治疗卵巢早衰的方法与种类。结果:纳入符合标准的32篇文献。其中针灸治疗卵巢早衰以传统针刺和针刺配合灸法治疗为主;证型以肾虚肝郁型和脾肾阳虚型研究较多;使用频率最高的五个腧穴是关元穴、肾俞穴、三阴交穴、子宫穴、太溪穴;最常用的三条经脉为足太阳膀胱经、任脉、足太阴脾经;腧穴所在部位主要是胸腹部、下肢部、腰背部。结论:针灸治疗卵巢早衰的方法诸多,腧穴使用各有所长,不利于最佳治疗方案的选择和针灸临床推广应用,本研究为临床针灸治疗卵巢早衰提供思路和相应的参考依据。

Objective:To sort out and analyze the acupoint selection rules of treating premature ovarian failure by acupuncture and moxibustion in the past ten years.Methods:The relevant literature was searched in CNKI database by computer,and the methods and types of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of premature ovarian failure were described based on summarizing and analyzing acupuncture and moxibustion acupoint selection in prescriptions and the treatment methods.Results:A total of 32 papers met the criteria were included in this research.The main methods of treating premature ovarian failure in TCM were mainly traditional acupuncture,and acupuncture plus moxibustion.The syndrome types were mainly the kidney deficiency and liver depression type,and the spleen and kidney Yang(阳)-deficiency type.The five most frequently used acupoints were the Guanyuan point(RN4),the Shenshu point(BL23),the Sanyinjiao point(SP6),the Zigong point(EX-CA1)and the Taixi point(KI3).The three most commonly used meridians were foot Taiyang(太阳)bladder meridian,Ren meridian(任脉)and foot Taiyin(太阴)spleen meridian.The acupoints mainly located in chest and abdomen,lower limbs,and waist and back.Conclusion:There are many methods of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.The application of acupoints has their own advantages,which is not conducive to the selection of the best treatment scheme and the clinical popularization of acupuncture and moxibustion.This study provides ideas and corresponding reference basis for treating premature ovarian failure by acupuncture and moxibustion in clinical practice.
