Discussion on Implementation Path of Recovering River and Lake Ecological Environment——Taking Baiyang Lake as An Example

水是生命之源、民生之需、生态之本,解决水生态环境问题,推动水利高质量发展、满足人民对美好生活的向往成为新阶段的首要问题。分析了白洋淀生态环境问题,有针对性地提出了修复路径与方法,为维护河湖健康生命、实现河湖功能永续利用提供了技术依据。

Water is the source of life,the need of people’s livelihood,and the foundation of ecology.However,with the rapid development of economic and social activities and the increasing development and utilization of water resources,a series of problems of water resources,water ecology and water environment have arisen.How to promote the high-quality development of water conservancy and meet people’s aspirations for a better life has become the primary issue in the new stage.Based on the analysis of the ecological and environmental problems in Baiyang Lake,this paper puts forward specific recovery methods to provide technical basis for maintaining the healthy life of rivers and lakes and realizing the sustainable utilization of the functions of rivers and lakes.
