胃肠复元汤联合回旋灸对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后胃肠功能恢复及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Weichang Fuyuan Decoction and Whirling Moxibustion on Gastrointestinal Function Recovery and Sleep Quality after Laparoscopic Appendectomy

目的:研究胃肠复元汤联合回旋灸对腹腔镜阑尾切除术后胃肠功能恢复及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年9月至2021年3月重庆市中医院收治的腹腔镜阑尾切除术后患者138例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=65)和对照组(n=73)。比较2组术后排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后住院时间、胃肠功能障碍发生率、睡眠质量。结果:手术后,观察组术后排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、术后住院时间均比对照组短,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组胃肠功能障碍发生率低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第1、2天,观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠复元汤联合回旋灸能有效促进腹腔镜阑尾切除术后胃肠功能恢复,改善睡眠质量,缩短术后住院时间,对患者恢复有利。

Objective:To study the effect of Weichang Fuyuan decoction combined with whirling moxibustion on gastrointestinal function recovery and sleep quality after laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:A total of 138 cases of patients after laparoscopic appendectomy admitted to Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to March 2021 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into the observation group(n=65)and the control group(n=73).The exhaust time,bowel sounds recovery time,postoperative hospital stay,gastrointestinal dysfunction rate and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After operation,the exhaust time,bowel sounds recovery time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of gastrointestinal dysfunction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the first and second days after operation,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Weichang Fuyuan decoction combined with whirling moxibustion can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic appendectomy,improve the quality of sleep,shorten the length of hospital stay,and is beneficial to the recovery of patients.
