安神补脑液治疗老年冠心病的疗效及对睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Anshen Bunao Liquid on Senile Coronary Heart Disease and Sleep Quality

目的:探究安神补脑液对老年冠心病患者的治疗效果以及对其睡眠质量改善情况。方法:选取2021年8月至2022年4月沾化区富国街道社区卫生服务中心接治的老年冠心病患者120例作为研究对象,按照入院时间及自愿原则分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组患者给予冠心病常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合安神补脑液治疗。统计2组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后患者心功能指标、睡眠质量、焦虑和抑郁情绪情况。结果:治疗后,对照组临床总有效率81.7%,观察组临床总有效率93.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者LVSED、LVEDD以及LVEF指标均显著改善,且观察组患者LVSED、LVEDD以及LVEF指标均优于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);与治疗前比较2组患者日间功能、入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠时间和睡眠质量5项评分均显著降低,且观察组患者上述指标评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与较治疗前比较,2组患者SDS与HAMA评分均降低,且观察组SDS与HAMA评分均较对照组更低,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安神补脑液可更有效改善老年冠心病患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪和睡眠质量,提升心功能水平,疗效确切,具有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Anshen Bunao Liquid on senile coronary heart disease and its sleep quality improvement.Methods:From August 2021 to April 2022,120 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were diagnosed and treated in Fuguo Neighborhood Community Health Service Center of Zhanhua District were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to admission time and voluntary principle,with 60 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine treatment of coronary heart disease,while the patients in the observation group were treated with Anshen Bunao Liquid on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed,and the indexes of cardiac function,sleep quality,anxiety and depression of the patients before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 81.7%in the control group and 93.3%in the observation group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the LVSED,LVEDD and LVEF indexes of patients in the two groups were significantly improved,and the LVSED,LVEDD and LVEF indexes of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(all P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the five scores of daytime function,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep time and sleep quality of patients in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the scores of the above indicators of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with that before treatment,the scores of SDS and HAMA in the two groups were lower,and the scores of SDS and HAMA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anshen Bunao Liquid can effectively improve the depression,anxiety and sleep quality of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,and improve the level of cardiac function.It has a definite effect and good clinical application value.
