观察基于以家庭为中心的协同护理结合膳食管理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制及睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Effects of Family-centered Collaborative Nursing Combined with Dietary Management on Blood Glucose Control and Sleep Quality in Gestational Diabetes Mellitus Patients

目的:观察基于以家庭为中心的协同护理结合膳食管理对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月建瓯市顺阳卫生院妇产科收治的妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予基于家庭为中心的协同护理结合膳食管理干预;采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,同时比较2组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)水平、家庭功能(FAD)评分。结果:干预后,观察组FPG、2 h PG水平与FAD评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GDM护理中,基于家庭为中心的协同护理结合膳食管理的应用效果显著,可有效降低患者血糖水平,改善其家庭功能,提高患者睡眠质量。

Objective:To study the effects of family-centered collaborative nursing combined with dietary management on blood glucose control and sleep quality in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 72 patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM)admitted to the obstetrics and Gynecology department of Jian′ou Shunyang Health Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given family-centered collaborative nursing combined with dietary management intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after intervention,and fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG)and family function(FAD)scores were also compared between the 2 groups.Results:After intervention,the levels of FPG,2 h PG,FAD score and PSQI score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the differences between 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:In GDM nursing,the application effect of family-centered collaborative nursing combined with dietary management is significant,which can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients,improve the family function and improve the sleep quality of patients.
