观察优质护理干预对幼儿输液的干预效果及对睡眠质量的影响

To Observe the Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Infantile Infusion and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:观察优质护理干预对幼儿输液的干预效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年10月至2021年12月厦门大学附属第一医院儿科收治的输液幼儿82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理模式干预,观察组给予优质护理模式干预,观察2组患儿哭闹情况、首次穿刺成功率、家长认知情况,同时采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患儿的睡眠质量。结果:护理后,观察组患儿哭闹发生率显著低于对照组,首次穿刺成功率显著高于对照组,观察组PSQI各项评分显著低于对照组,家长认知评分显著高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用优质护理干预,能够有效改善输液患儿哭闹情况,提高首次穿刺成功率,提高患儿睡眠质量,提高家长认知情况,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of high quality nursing intervention on infantile infusion and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 82 infantile infusion patients admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from October 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing mode intervention,and the observation group was given high-quality nursing mode intervention.Crying,first puncture success rate and parent′s cognition were observed of two groups.Meanwhile,Pittsburgh Sleep Index scale(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality of 2 groups.Results:After nursing,the incidence of crying in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the success rate of first puncture was significantly higher than the control group,PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and parental cognitive scores were significantly higher than the control group,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The use of high-quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the crying situation of children,improve the success rate of the first puncture,improve the sleep quality of children and improve the cognition of parents,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
