分析优质护理干预对小儿重症肺炎症状体征改善及对睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention on Improvement of Symptoms and Signs of Severe Pneumonia and Sleep Quality in Children

目的:分析优质护理干预对小儿重症肺炎症状体征改善及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年11月南安市医院收治的小儿重症肺炎患儿80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予优质护理干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患儿干预前后睡眠质量的变化,记录2组患儿症状体征改善状况,包括记录住院时间、止咳时间、气促改善时间、退热时间等,同时测定2组患儿的炎症反应,记录静脉炎、皮疹、感染、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组PSQI评分显著低于对照组,观察组住院时间、止咳时间、气促改善时间、退热时间均显著短于对照组;观察组炎性指标低于对照组,观察差组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预用于小儿重症肺炎患儿中,对其临床症状体征、睡眠质量、炎症反应等均有更好改善效果,可有效降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing intervention on improvement of symptoms and signs of severe pneumonia and sleep quality in children.Methods:A total of 80 children with severe pneumonia admitted to Nan′an Hospital from March 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given quality nursing intervention.The Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)was used to compare the changes of sleep quality before and after intervention.The improvement of symptoms and signs in 2 groups was recorded,including the recording of hospital stay time,cough relief time,breath improvement time,fever reduction time,and so on.Adverse reactions such as phlebitis,rash,infection,nausea and vomiting were recorded as well.Results:After nursing,PSQI score of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the hospitalization time,cough relief time,breath improvement time and fever reduction time of observation group were significantly shorter than the control group;The inflammatory index of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than control group,the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing intervention in children with severe pneumonia has better improvement effects on clinical symptoms and signs,sleep quality,inflammatory response,and can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion and use.
