观察倾斜式卧位护理对新生儿溢乳及睡眠时间的影响

摘要 目的:探究对新生儿实行倾斜式卧位护理干预,对患儿溢乳以及睡眠时间的影响。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年4月厦门市妇幼保健院收治的新生儿98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予倾斜式卧位护理干预。比较2组新生儿睡眠时间、开奶时间、不良反应发生率及体质量情况。结果:护理干预后,观察组新生儿睡眠时间、体质量均高于对照组,观察组开奶时间、不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对新生儿实行倾斜式卧位护理,能有效延长新生儿睡眠时间,减少开奶时间,减少溢乳、呕吐、腹泻等不良反应发生率,增加新生儿体质量,值得临床推广使用。 Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention of inclined decumbent position on galactorrhea and sleep time of newborn.Methods:A total of 98 neonates admitted to Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given inclined lying position nursing intervention.The sleep time,milk opening time,incidence of adverse reactions and weight of neonates between 2 groups were compared.Results:After nursing intervention,the sleep time and body weight of neonates in the observation group were higher than the control group,the milk opening time and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The practice of inclined decubitus nursing for newborn patients can effectively prolong the sleep time of newborn,reduce the time of opening milk,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as galactorrhea,vomiting and diarrhea,and increase the weight of newborn,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
