基于微信平台的延续护理干预对慢性乙肝患者治疗依从性及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing Intervention Based on Wechat Platform on Treatment Compliance and Sleep Quality of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis

目的:分析以微信平台为基础的延续性护理对慢性乙肝患者治疗依从性以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021至2022年厦门中医院收治的慢性乙肝患者86例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以以微信平台为基础的延续性护理,比较2组护理模式的效果。结果:观察组患者的治疗依从性高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢性乙肝患者,以微信平台为基础实施延续性护理,能够大幅提升患者的治疗护理依从性,提升患者的睡眠质量,促进患者疾病良好转归,保证治疗效果与护理效果,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous nursing based on wechat platform on the treatment compliance and sleep quality of patients with chronic hepatitis.Methods:A total of 86 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from 2021 to 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuous nursing based on wechat platform.The differences of nursing modes between the groups were compared.Results:The compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The Pittsburgh sleep quality score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:for patients with chronic hepatitis B,the implementation of continuous nursing based on wechat platform can greatly improve the treatment and nursing compliance of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,promote the good outcome of patients′diseases,reduce the damage of pathological factors to the health status of patients,and ensure the treatment effect and nursing effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
